Glaucoma Laser

Safe. Precise. Minimally Invasive.

Advanced laser treatments, including Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (SLT) and Laser Peripheral Iridotomy (LPI), help lower eye pressure, improve fluid drainage, and reduce the risk of glaucoma progression—all without an incision.

Laser Treatment Options

SLT   Selective laser trabeculoplasty

Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (SLT) is a safe, outpatient laser treatment for open-angle glaucoma. It works by improving the eye’s natural drainage system to lower intraocular pressure while minimizing damage to surrounding tissues. SLT can effectively reduce eye pressure and may decrease the need for glaucoma medications.

LI Laser Peripheral Iridotomy

Laser Peripheral Iridotomy (LPI) is a minimally invasive laser treatment that creates a small opening in the iris to improve fluid flow and prevent angle-closure glaucoma. The procedure is quick, safe, and performed on an outpatient basis.

My Philosophy

" I don't perform laser treatment simply because it is available—I recommend it only when it offers meaningful benefit for your eyes.

Every treatment decision is personalized, with one goal in mind: protecting your vision for the long term while avoiding unnecessary procedures whenever possible. "

Lower Eye Pressure
Safe Outpatient Procedure
Reduce on Eye drop
Protect the Optic Nerve

Laser treatment helps improve aqueous outflow or prevent angle closure, effectively lowering intraocular pressure.

Most laser treatments are completed within minutes without hospitalization, allowing patients to return home the same day.

SLT may reduce the need for daily glaucoma medications in selected patients.

By lowering eye pressure, laser treatment helps slow glaucoma progression and preserve vision over time.
