Cataract is the most common cause of reversible blindness in the worldwide. Cataracts are cloudy lens conditions not the cornea. In which this condition causes the main symptom is unclear vision. There are many types of vision problems but most of the symptoms will be gradual month or year .

There is a single treatment for cataracts is ophthalmic surgery which is considered to be the standard treatment method today around the world and the most popular method is Phacoemulcification.

Glaucoma is the most common cause of irreversible blindness in the worldwide. Glaucoma is group of disease that damage optic nerve and cause slow progression visual field defect. There are many types of glaucoma and varies in treatment depend on thiers cause.

Glaucoma is can not preventable disease but can prevent blindness by early detection. In my research 2019 about causes of blindness in thai glaucoma patient, found that most of cases of blindness because of late detection .
